Product Questions

Due to worldwide shortages, product availability isn't guaranteed. We will try to restock as quickly as possible. You can subscribe to an out of stock item by viewing the product page and entering your email to be notified when it is back in stock.

We do not offer wholesale on our products.
We do take custom requests! Please send us an email at hannah@thekozykabin.com or message our Facebook page, facebook.com/thekozykabinllc, to inquire about.a custom design or apparel item! We love custom requests!
We do not require a commercial license to sell products using our designs for small businesses. If you plan to make 100 or more products using a design, we do require a commercial license for use. Please email us at hannah@thekozykabin.com to inquire about a commercial license.

Shipping Questions

Yes, we offer a local pickup option! Please email hannah@thekozykabin.com or message our Facebook page, facebook.com/thekozykabinllc to setup a pickup time!
If you purchased a digital download, the download file will be available under your account files. If you purchased a custom item, your item will be mailed within 14 days of purchase. If you purchased a consumable, your item will be mailed within 2 days of purchase. If there will be any delay with your order, you will be notified via email. We ship Monday-Friday.
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight of your product. USPS first-class is not insured. Priority is insured up to $50 and UPS is insured up to $100.
• First Class 3-5 day is $5.00
• Priority 2-3 day is $8.00
• Priority Express 1-2 day is $23.25
• UPS Shipping varies by weight and location
These prices may change if and when the USPS/UPS changes their current rates.
The USPS has a habit of not scanning packages into the tracking system upon arrival. If they choose to not scan the package, there won't be any updated tracking info. Please yell at the USPS, not us. We do not have any control over the USPS or their operations. UPS is available and typically more reliable.
All USPS First Class and Priority Mail delivery windows are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. Please understand that The Kozy Kabin LLC does not own or operate the USPS. We always ship orders as fast as we can. We can not control how fast the USPS gets the package to you. If you have concerns with the services of the USPS, please contact them at 1-800-275-8777 or file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm?
Occasionally the USPS will mark a package as delivered when it has not yet arrived. This is very rare. If your package states that it has been delivered and you have not yet received it, it is important that you call your local post office right away with your tracking number. If it has not actually been delivered, they can locate it for you. Also, be sure to check around the house, porch, side door, or with neighbors to make sure it wasn't left there.

We accept credit card payments through Stripe. We also accept cash when utilizing the local pickup option.
